When I was checking Eventbrite on the Cascadia conference registrations this morning I came across this (see below, click for full-size).
This suceeds on so many levels:
- it made me laugh and forget about being upset
 - it provides multiple methods for me to contact them
 - it provides me a way to get updates on the status of their service
 
in other words, instead of being an upset customer that sees Error 504 or some such thing, I am sharing this with friends and we are commenting positively about the company.
