Feedback to Oracle

Oracle’s Chief Customer Officer released a survey not long ago. They asked for my input. They may wish they had not. Among my feedback items:

This comment field is not nearly enough to contain the depth of my dissatisfaction. The entire support structure/contract management is stunningly incompetent. I have never before seen such incompetence in my ~20 years in IT. How is it possible that our online account access cannot work for 2 years and nobody can fix it? How is it possible after 2 years of complaining about it, that our serial numbers get associated with totally different/invalid companies? How is it possible that we can have a product in house for almost 2 years and never have had it working reliably? I ask you.. Why would I ever want to do business with Oracle again? We used to spend $200,000+ per year on Sun gear, but the stunning ineptitude of the entire thing has left me mystified. I assure you, that I am not alone. I know dozens of other important decisions makers who used to buy Sun gear with analogous experiences.
